How to leave dead-end job, go back to school and have EI?

what kind of support, especially financial, can I get if I had to leave my full time job of 4 years and go for a masters degree full time. Can i have EI ( I live in Vancouver BC – Canada), plus I have 3 daughters 6 and below and my wife who’s already in university on student loan. What are my options. How can I get help
