bankruptcy?
My OSAP (Ontario Student Loan) Loan is in collections through the Federal Government and the Ontario Government if I claim bankruptcy will the OSAP loan be erased since it’s in CBV Collections, or at least the Ontario part of the loan??
Dave..I’m pretty sure Student loans are one of the few things a bankruptcy will not absolve you of… I am pretty sure the same go’s for taxes owed to the government as well… But I could be wrong.. Might want to get a second opinion… Hope that helped you …God bless you !
