Naturists have clubbed together in special areas. I recall strolling along a beach in Fuerteventura in the Canaries. Suddenly up popped a fully naked man gazing around sublimely unconcerned. But its not only the beaches naturists enjoy its also weekend clubs. Sometimes they spend weekends enjoying secluded country estates. Or hire a local swimming pool for naturist couples only evenings. Often those with larger homes will act as hosts to club members. A wholly natural pastime.
Clothes airers are even more natural in the way they introduce you to a natural drying rhythm. You can place your clothes on the airer in the morning. Then collect them dry each evening on return from work or study. The poor student eeking out his or her loan find them ideal. The student can survive on jeans and t shirts washed every day. No need to rely on the coin hungry launderette. Imagine the parents surprise on a visit home with no laundry!
Like the naturist each clothes airer user uses less. Less fossil fuel so less carbon. The clothes airer enables you to be secluded in your own home. You can if you wish wait for clothes to dry while you lunch naked. Highly impractical maybe but the clothes airer will not care.
In dark and stormy weather the clothes airer is always available. It accepts all types of clothing or laundry. You spend no time separating clothes into types. You don’t have to remove in case they over cook in a tumble dryer. Your clothes retain all their fibres and don’t lose shape. All the family can use them and it teaches them about carbon footprint reduction. The clothes airer will be used by them forever. When they go to college or university. When they move into their new home. If they have children. If they have more children. If they become naturists they would be chilly without them. Its natural after all.
