How do I get a low interest loan on a lot of money so that I can pay something off in many years?
I am a broke college graduate, and someone just won a lawsuit against me for $25,000. I will never be able to pay it off (I have about $1,000 to my name in the bank right now), and no one can help me. How do I get a low interest loan so I can perhaps pay this off in the next 25 years or so? I definitely don’t have enough money to be forking out a lot of cash to pay back a loan every month. 
And, I’m not sure I want to become a prostitute or anything. Anyone know where I can get a low interest loan that will last years?

I know times are tough right now but don’t loose hope. Without knowing who the judgement is from or why, I don’t exactly know what to tell you. I will tell you that if you don’t got it, you can’t pay it. Don’t borrow money. That is the absolute last thing you shoud do. One of the other people answering is offering to loan you money. Don’t take it, don’t give any personal information to them. This could be dangerous for you. Also, prostitution is not profitable in any way, that is, if you survive it.
Start with this…. Talk to whoever this person is that has a judgement against you and work out an affordable payment option. They really have no choice. Its take this or get nothing. Take that $1000 and put it somewhere where you won’t touch it and where they can’t find it. This is your emergency fund, so only use it if is an emergency. Make out a simple budget, list all of your debt lowest balance to highest. (by balance, not interest rate) Make minimum payments on everything but the lowest balance until you pay it off, then take what you were paying on the lowest, add it to the next ones minimum and keep going. Pay off one at a time. Get a job delivering pizza’s or use a skill you have to make some extra money legally. Keep your chin up and plow thru it. I am assuming you are a recent college grad. Take $15, go to Amazon and buy the book ” The Total Money Makeover” by Dave Ramsey. This guy knows his stuff and his business is centered around helping people get out of debt and make their money work for them instead of you working for your money. Stay away from the John Commuta’s of the world. Ramsey’s plan is in is book and it works for everybody. If you want, you can go thru his “Financial Peace course but even he will tell you that its not totally necessary to acheive your goals. His advice is free on the radio and TV everyday.
