Does anyone know when the higher education grant application forms are available in Ireland?
Are they available yet? And who distributes the forms? Can anyone with reliable information help?
it depends on where you intend to study . you either get it from the county council or VEC in your home county , not the one you go to college in . if you go to the county council website and search for grant infromation it will tell you where to apply
