What grant does the NZ government provide homeschoolers?
It says it provides a grant on the Ministry of Education website, but it doesn’t say what that grant is. Any kiwis who can help?
Yep, it is:
i) called the Homeschooling Supervisor’s Allowance,
ii) paid to homeschooling parents in order to help with the costs of homeschooling,
iii) paid half in January and half in July each year, and
iv) the current rates are NZ $743 for the first child, $632 for a second child, $541 for the third child and $372 for subsequent children.
