PTPTN is the student loan is accessible only from the government? Too, my friend called to almost USD $ 10,000.00 student loan from the Malaysian government. I thought the government only loans for students come from families with low to moderate incomes? And for the repayment of these loans: Is it true that you can not leave the country until all the amount is paid?
