Powerful words. Depends on who made a profit in the War on Terrorism. In 2003, my computer job was eliminated due to a poor economic forecast. So, I went into debt with students loans to improve my education. Guess what? economic forecast still looks poor for me. Source: me (unemployed since 2003) Time to move from Ohio.

We haven’t been attacked since. However with both sides not doing anything with the oil prices hurts both of us. Clinton’s opening free trade with China has hurt us especially here in the rust belt. The unions have also hurt us in the fact that companies are now looking to move plants to the south where there is not a strong union.
look into doing something in the transportation industry as this is going to be a very big shortage in the next 5 years.
