How can I get money for college?
I have been unemployed for 6 months and a stay at home mom with a BA. I keep applying for jobs but they say others are more qualified than me. I have looked for scholarships and grants but they seem like a scam. Someone I know said they got $400 towards college just for being 5ft 4in?? Others got a free ride to a 4 year school. I tried using President Obama’s Pell Grant but its only 4k and you have to get on a waiting list. Does anyone have reliable government sources that I can use that can guarantee me some money for additional training/certificate in education?
call your former university financial aid office and they should have a list of grants for alumni
