URGENT: How do I apply for these grants? Through FAFSA?
I applied for FAFSA long ago but only recently was told by someone that FAFSA doesn’t apply me to every governmental grant/loan that I would be eligible for. If this is true, did FAFSA apply me to the following?:
Federal Pell Grant
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant
Federal Work-Study
Michigan Tuition Grant
Michigan Competitive Scholarship Programs (<--or are those just individual scholarships I can compete for?)
On an important side note, I go to a private art school at costs about 15k a semester. The school is not owned by the government so I can understand that they don't want to pay for it all, but they give me about 3k a semester which is just unacceptable.
So anyway, how do I go about applying for all those grants? I always attempt but get stuck on something stupid, like the fact that the Apply link at the Federal Work-Study site is unclickable.
