Student loan to study in New Zealand for South African Citizen?

I am a South African Citizen and want to study overseas, prefferably in New Zealand AUT, is there any way that I can obtain an international student load for NZ?

In mostyou can combine all of your eligible federal student loans into one loan with a Federal Consolidation Loan. Consolidating also locks the interest rate you pay on your loan.
