NVQ – Is this classed as Higher Education in th UK ?
Ok, so my brother is applying for a student loan, so that he can do a course in London but before they will issue the loan they need to know if it is higher education.
Thay also want to know if it has ‘designated local authority funding’ but that means nothing to me.
Any ideas please ?

Higher education is HNC, HND or degree courses
