Does anyone know if there is any way to file bankruptcy on a student loan?
I have a student loan GSL, which was originally $ 4500.00. I have not been in contact with anyone on the loan for so long that now the balance is $ 24,000.00. Yes it is! He is 6 (six) times what I borrowed. The rescheduling of loan payment was suppose to start 6 months after I graduated but could'nt get work, then had no home for a month. Anyway is there a way to declare bankruptcy? Thank You, TA-455.
Yeh you could lose everything, house, car in the lot. You should not have simply forgotten about. Now that you want to file for bankruptcy each other pay for your laziness. Get a job and repay the loan.
