Student loans, grants, etc. for dental school in Ohio for an Ohio resident?
My daughter will be attending dental school within the next few months. I got her through undergrad by paying as she went, with no student loans. I therefore have no experience in financing via loans etc. Any advice?
There are Ohio grants out there, but you said that your daughter has an undergrad. Unfortunately, if she already has an bachelors, she will not be eligible for any kind of federal or state grants. Now, I’m not familiar if there are private grants out there for dental students. Check www.fastweb.com, they have many scholarships for different programs.
