Customer should not be targeted for the hour and hour harassment of standing in queue by the representative of bank.

SBI Policy should not be so partial to harassed Customers.

Customers’ protection rule of India should be stricter with the Government bank like, SBI.

It is observed that SBI are following the same counter for withdrawing and cash deposit in the same window. This increases the queue and gradually increased the conflict among the customers.

More over them should issue the token if at they are more numbers of customers for cash deposit and withdrawing. So that, every customer is entertained properly without failed. Also all customers can be getting the equal benefit of standing or waiting for the queue. However, it is observed that the SBI workers are not cordial and honest or loyal to the customer it shows in the counter.

Every time it observed that customer protection rule are not implemented as per our constitutional law. It seems that the investors or customer are blackmailed by emotionally or by the tuff rules of the banker. There should be flexibility and more openness in behavior with investor or customers.

Numbers of time it has been, I witnessed that being as a customer, I paying for the same service but directly it return with manner less with nil action. The representative should be educated well, how to behave with the customers; they are not beggar standing in front of them for begging a penny or loan.

I have my self witness in a bank named State Bank of India (Bank Code: 1611), Industrial estate, coca cola, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I have been made queue for submitting the amount of sum of Rupees for more than two hour in the queue but when my term comes the representative of the bank windows number 5 has ordered me to sit more time but why? But replied that link has to establish. What’s link he said I do not understand. It should not take more time to establish the link with the server of the Bank. Whatever, I could not get a smooth service response from SBI after waiting for two hour.

For the above all, the customer protection of our government rule should be more sensible and strict against the defaulter of the bank or the representatives of the banks. They are nabbed the customer honesty and sincerity. They should work with full responsibility and dedication to help the people.

On contrary to that , customers or investor like for a term since 10 years should not be suffered. I should be continue to suffer upto end of my life. But I am optimistic that SBI has the potentiality to serve the nation with the better mannered response to all customer and investor in future. There should not be wasting of valuable time of the customer as well as SBI time. Justification should be one sided, only for bank.
