Can you consolidate private uncertified loans?
I have a few private loans from undergrad and want to consolidate them. Of course, almost nobody is granting loans for this right now, so this may be for future reference (starting law school and can at least get in school deferral) . I have a couple private certified loans and a couple private uncertified loans. I tried Citibank and they won’t allow me to consolidate the uncertified ones where they sent the check to me as opposed to the school.
Is there a bank that will let me consolidate all of these private loans together??
Nope, I’ve tried everything (i think). Some people say credit unions will do it, but I haven’t tried.
My loans are from Sallie Mae (as*holes) and they’re the devil’s butt hair and I wish the headquarters will start on fire and burn down and poisonous snakes will crawl inside and spit venom at everyone and attract roaches inside that lay eggs in everyone’s ears and they all chip their teeth when they fall while running out of the building. I hate you Sallie Mae and everything that’s holy to you.
