While doctors and lawyers, besides years of school, have exams they must pass (medical boars and the bar exam), what are the required credentials of a loan officer?
there is 2 Loan officers
Licensed DRE (have a real estate License)
and the others work whit the company license CFL
NO License Required ( Work under Corp CFL License
in California You don’t need any credential to be a loan officer
