who can i contact about an unauthorized student loan that was taken out in my name?
i never applied for this loan, but apparently the school i attended recieved money because thats what CitiBank tells me. I was told by my academics advisor that The governement would pay for my schooling because I am low income with a child.. now months later, i get harassing phone calls from CitiBank saying I owe them money! This is BOGUS! Any help please?
No i read everything I signed, but i do know that advisor wanted me into that school bad, and i feel she signed a loan out for me so she would get her commission for me joining the school. The lady at CitiBank said it was signed electronically on their site, ive never been on their site.
