Has anyone ever heard of a National Student Advocate Assoc?
That calls you up and offers to “help” you with student loans and knows all your information, but not the amount of the loans or the account number of the loans, but name, address, and soc. sec. number…Is this a legit organization? I can find nothing online about it. Also a website for http://www.nslds.gov?
No, nothing found online, just the 800 number 1-866-601-6772..I am going to call maybe the school and maybe Sallie Mae to find out if they know about it. Odd that they called on Martin Luther King day when nothing is open to call and check (ie Sallie mae or the schools).
