Financial Aid Loan Limits?
I’m an independant student attending a 2-year technical college. I’m funding my education with Federal loans. I know the maximum you can borrow is determined by what year your are enrolled (ex: freshman, sophomore, junior, senior).
How do I know which I am? Are these based on a 4-year college? I have completed 41 of the required 70 credits for my associates degree.

Under 30 hours you are a freshman
30-60 hours is sophomore
60-90 junior
90+ senior
You are a sophomore.
