When do you receive the student loan, through direct gov? (uk)?
I have applied through direct gov student finance for a student loan and also a maintenace grant. I have sent of the information they required, eg parents income etc. But it is still saying when i log in that they are waiting for the information they have requested. Has anyone else had this problem. Or do you know how long it will take to process everything. Aah, just really panicking that i’m not going to get my money until after i’ve started university. This whole process is just confusing me. Any answers would be much appreciated, thanks.
i applied over a month ago and still haven’t received a form. I called them up but they told to just wait. Not helpful!
After you apply online, they post you a declaration form which you have sign and send back. I applied online and it said waiting for information too until i signed the declaration form they sent me. Then when I logged back on a couple of weeks later it said approved on the status. If you applied online this week, than the form should come within a couple of weeks. But if your still worried call up student finance to find out your status.
