What is the best way out of debt and restore the credit?
I'm Canadian, 28 years old man with about $ 20,000 of debt, mainly from a student loan of about 7 years ago. I am just starting a small business, and not much at all to make payments, but need to restore my credit to use for my ASAP. I was doing research into credit counseling, but am wary of the fact that all major credit counseling agencies are funded primarily by creditors, and I am sure they would not be very likely to give unbiased advice because of it. I'm curious to debt forgiveness, grants, and if I am able to apply discounts to this point. I hear the bankruptcy should be avoided at all costs. What is the best way to get my loan paid and restore my credit soon as possible?
