Getting laid off and need to stop wage garnishment with student loans…could I?
Have a student loan garnishment going on but getting laid off and need all the money I can get. Would they stop the garnishment until I find another job?
The best thing to do is call and ask as many questions as you possibly can. It’s better to leave knowing everything you need to know then leaving thinking you’ll look stupid for asking to many questions. I’m pretty sure if you ask for a job wait or some sort of hold-back for now it shouldnt be a huge problem.
