Call your local Bar Association (attorney’s). Most bar associations have a program that allows you to get a referral for the type of problem you are facing at a flat fee, one hour consultation. There is no other obligation.
For example, in Chicago, IL the Chicago Bar Association has this type of program. That’s how I found out what type of attorney I needed and the great attorney I ended up with.
