would you employe this person,they are 26 and educated to?
degree level,with 4 work placements,have lived of family,student loans and the dole,with never having a regular job and been unemployed offically since leaving university…..do they sound like a lazy parasite,lacking in ambition
Depends on the reason for unemployment. Even well experienced people are having a hard time finding work. Perhaps they are not suited to the job they are after or being unable to find work has left them feeling depressed.
