Please help, English grammar problems?

Hello, I am a student learning how to write formal Business letters.
Would anyone please check my sentences below and correct them if you can find any mistake?
Thank you!

1)If You fail to make the full repayment of the loan within agreed period,
You are required to pay the additional charge equal to the amount of the unpaid loan multiplied by the current prevailing interest rate for the delayed period.

2) In principle, the payment should be made in US $ in Japan.
However, in the case of making remittance from Paris, it is still acceptable in Euro but the exchange rate must be its first highest rate on the day of remittance and all the extra charge must be covered by sender.

3)After the final decision on the planning drawing, the provision 2 of article 4 shall apply in the event that the client requests the modification on the drawing resulting in 5% increase in the gross area.

Thank you very much for reading and I am looking forward to seeing your help!

Yes, these sentences are very long and difficult, but that is normal in contracts such as this. Similarly, the capital Y in You is normal in contracts.
