If I enroll in the Army’s Loan Repayment Program, can I also take advantage of the G.I. Bill later?

If I enlist in the Army and sign up for the Loan Repayment Program, can I also take advantage of the G.I. Bill if I enlist for another four years?
I’m sure you have to decline enrollment in the Montgomery GI Bill in writing, before your eligible for the LRP, but is that permanent?
For example: If I have attended college and have an associates degree but I am planning on joining the Army to help repay my student loans. If I choose to re-enlist after four years for another four years, can I THEN take advantage of the Montgomery G.I. Bill or another military program to help pay for getting my Bachelors or Masters degree?

If you go to reenlist you can then reenlist with that option. Take advantage of the Army Tuition Assistance while you are in as well, because the Army pays for your college courses when you are in. During AIT a lot of the classes you take will translate into college credit too.
