If you go to grad school immediately after undergrad do you have a longer grace period on student loan repay?
Typically there is a six month grace period for loan repayment after undergrad, I was wondering if this is extended and if so, how long is the extension?
NO – The grace period does not change, however you can request a deferrment of payments and show proof you are enrolled in grad school. Most instituions will defer your payments as long as you remain a full time student and should carry your grace period over to the next graduation.
