If I was to die, would my parent’s be liable for my debt?
I am a uk graduate who is yet to pay off their student loan. I am also fairly deep into a bank overdraft. I am just curious as to what would happen if I was to pass away- would my parents and family (I have no spouse or partner) be liabale for theses debts?
