Can non-US students borrow loans ?
I’m a non-US student and I’m planning to apply for Master’s programs next year. Since scholarships for non-US students are very limited, am I eligible to borrow loans from US banks for the my tuition fees ? If I am, does anyone have any idea about the interest rates and paying stuff -like, how the US students who borrow loans pay and all that.- Thanks.
What is the difference between non-US and International ? I searched the Internet but I don’t know which category my nationality falls into. BTW, I’m Turkish.
Ok, since you are not a US citizen, you would be studying here as an International student on a visa.
To my knowledge, you will not be able to get a loan. As with all Int’l students, you will have to provide bank statements to the school you wish to attend that proves you can pay cash for school and living expenses.
You need to go through that process through the school.
