Why can’t my student records be released since I’m paying on my student loans?
I filed for bankruptcy, but it’s making regular payments to my student loan account, but since I defaulted on my loan before I filed bankruptcy, they won’t release my records. Should I be able to get my records now since I’m paying on my account?
