Im really find it difficult to obtain an initial deposit of rent an apartment?
I need £ 1,500 as initial deposit, im am a student and I work buddy. We earn enough to pay the rent easily, but cannot get the initial deposit, we cannot families afford. I hear the banks refuse to lend loans for the moment (or the burden of high interest) Someone mentioned briefly some housing benefits can be borrowed for the deposit. Unfortunately more and more landlords are requiring deposits on account of tenants who left without paying. Why not share a Instead of a few months to save money. This is what I should do when I moved to London until I have enough savings for the deposit and agency fees.
