help with parent supporting application on student finance england?
i am currently applying for student loans for my second year at uni and have had considerable trouble logging into student finance direct with success only last week after months of trying and numerous phone calls to them. my mum now needs to log on to support my application but as i applied on paper last year she has no password/secret answer, so when she clicks on ‘find out login details’ it comes up with error, so we thought she might need to register but it says she’s already registered…
anyone else have this trouble?
anyone know how to fix this??

btw i know what a student loan is
I gave up trying to get my dad to do it on the internet as the same error occured i just changed the parent part to paper form and they sent it to me in about a week
