Can a family member pay your federal direct subsidized and unsubsidized student loans?
If so, how? I have not been able to find information on this.
Of course they can. The loan company doesn’t care where the money comes from as long as they get paid. So they would pay the same way you would pay on it.
They could pay by check, money order or even auto withdraw. Just give your relative your lender information and instructions on how to make payments. It is that easy.
