Student Loans and Summary Dissolution?

Can you get a summary dissolution if you are still currently a student? I have over $5,000 in loans from Federal Perkins and I am not exactly “in debt” up until my 6 month grace period ends after I have graduated college. I am wondering if this would effect my eligibility for a summary dissolution of marriage (divorce, the quickest and easiest way).

If not…can anyone explain why it’s okay to have car and vehicle loans and not be held accountable for being “in debt” versus being in school?

because a student loan is a federal back loan that is never discharable unless paid . you can not file for bankruptcy on it , you can not get away with not paying it , the us department of education will sease your savings , income tax , garnish wages , and hunt you down . in the end they will get paid i can promise you that
