Means tested benefit?
I would like to enrole on some Evening Classes in September. In the prospectus for local FE and Adult Education Colleges in my area, it says that certain categories of people may be entitled to reduced fees. Does this include full time (university) students who are in reciept of a student loan?

It really depends on your educational institution / your other circumstances – including financial, dependency status, assets, prior education / experience, and what type of classes you’re wanting to enroll in.
