whats the worst that can happen if you dont repay student loans back?
im wondering because the economy is so bad and everyones losing jobs, if i do, how will i pay a student loan back. a deferment is only for so long. so i wanna know what happens in the long run, worst case scenario. and what if i move overseas and dont pay. thanx.
I am pretty sure that they can take your tax check. Also, student loans are NOT dischargeable under Chapter 7 bankruptcy!
