I’ve heard that hospitals can pay off doctor’s loans after a period of time.. Is it the same for nurses?

I’ve just decided to go into nursing. Right now I go to school at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, but I’m thinking about transferring to Boise State U in Idaho. My boyfriend and I have been long distance for 3 years and I can’t figure out what to do. I know I can’t afford out of state tuition, but I don’t want to take out loans and be in debt right after school. The scholarships I’ve found don’t apply to nursing students because the nursing school is over-enrolled. Is it true that some hospitals will pay off student loans for nurses if they stay at the same hospital for x amount of years? Any advice is greatly appreciated because I am completely lost…
