Is it legal to buy a phone or computer with student loans?
I have about 1000 dollars in student loans coming. I have a phone that is starting to not keep a charge and turns off on its own alot. I would like to take some of that money to buy a new phone but I don’t know if it’s legal. Secondly, I have a really slow laptop and, if I can’t buy a phone, I would like to build a nice desktop computer. I know it’s legal to use the money on a computer. If they are both legal, which should I get in your opinion?
