Can I run away from my student loans in another country?
Hi, I am American and graduating in December. I have something like 30 – 40,000 in student loans. (I use that figure because I honestly don’t have a clue the exact figure) If I move to another country- EU (UK, France), Trinidad, or Australia can my student loans follow me? can they garnish my salary in another country or screw up my credit?
