Is it possible to get a student loan from the UK if I’m from the US?
I’m going to school in London in February and my friend was telling me about student loans in the UK, he said that you don’t have to pay interest and that you don’t have to pay it back til you’re making 15,000 pounds a yr. Is it possible for a US citizen to receive a student loan from the UK? If so, where can I apply?
You won’t be entitled to a student loan in the UK if you are a US citizen. You have to be a UK or European citizen and be resident in the UK before entitlement is even decided upon.
