Can a person in their 30's to file bankruptcy for the second time, even if I had filed 1st time – 4 1 / 2 years

I filed bankruptcy 4 1 / 2 years ago and has been approved. I got into debt because of the event unexpected happened to me. I have medical bills to be paid, I have student loans I need to wear fruit, but are at a premium or forberance and has accumlated interested, I made up my day job, working part-time evening (14 to 15 hours a WK 7.50hrly) looking for work full time for 2 months, sought unemployment filing, the bank is $ 300.00 because my ACCNT is a negative, I 'm behind on my utility bills, gas, my car is in the shop for the 3rd time in 4 months. Already spent $ 790.00 total in the past month the car. Yes, I live alone and looking for a roommate because I can not afford to renew my lease when I flat do not have enough money to pay all my expenses. Would I still be able to file bankruptcy with the hassle? I want to file Chapter 7, I really do not see other way, at this time. Please give me your answer …….
