I can’t get unemployment???help…?
So I haven’t had a Job since April 
I can’t find a job anywhere… and I had to defer my student loans because unemployment and I lost my appartment and everything else and had to move in with my parents… So the thing is I got to ask is the unemployment denied me because I got a customer complaint they said… All I ask is how can they do that? I know i’m 21 but not i’m going to in big debt and can’t find a job anywhere and I can’t get unemployment??? I never got in trouble at my job the GM just never really liked me from the start… she didn’t hire me the other manager did and waited for everyone to leave and said she thinks I should leave and she would put a good word in because we don’t get along and she said that I got a complaint on a scale from 1-10 and it was rated a 3 and she doesn’t need anyone working for her who got a 3… and whats funny that scale was just put in a week or two before i got fired… Can anyone help me and give me some advice? thanks I really need it..
First, you need to dispute claim, IF it has not expired. So, you would need to go back to the labor department and dispute claim….from there, a hearing is brought about, then you will get a chance to express your compelling case… if your claim has expired, you need to keep looking with a positive sounded resume without the negative underline or undertone in it….
