Student loan for the USA (I’m a UK sixth form student)?

Im currently a sixth form student in the UK, i have one more year left at sixth form and then i want to study an undergraduate degree (BA Hons) in the USA. I have found which uni i want to study at (california state uni) but when i contact them i never get any helpfully information.
To apply there i have to prove i have sufficent funds which means i need a student loan. But i cannot find any website etc to obtain one!
Please help me!!!!!! i need to borrow at least £30000 for my first year i the USA

You can’t get a student loan from banks in America because you’re not a permanent residence. In order for you to get a student loan, you need to be a US citizen, but in this case, you’re not.
Actually, if you have a sufficient amount of £30000, you can go to a bank in UK and ask for a letter that you have that amount, otherwise, you can ask for a loan from your local bank there.
Another opinion that i can give you is that you can try ask for scholarship. It really helps to reduce the tuition.
