I’m thinking of buying a house in Tampa Florida for 50,000 or less.. possible?
I’m about to go to USF in tampa. I just turned 18 a couple months ago. I really don’t know if I have any credit or not, prob not. I dont have 50,000 but i really want to move out with my girl. I thought i would be the same to just rent a house, but why pay them instead of paying the bank for loan. I am looking for a house for 2 college students does anyone have any suggestions or answers?
get a trailer….there cheap n u will have a lot of space…u can get a reall nice one for like 30,000
