I need some advice regarding student loan?

I will be planning on studying toward a Master’s degree in Accounting online but the problem I am having is that I do not have the money to pay for college. So I want to know which lending institution will allow me to pay back the loan with a minimum of as little as $50.00 each month for as long as 10 years until the loan is fully paid?
I visited the HSBC Website particularly the student center section and I noticed information available about this loan program that catch my attention: “Stafford Subsidized Loan.” This loan is awarded based on financial need. Information about this loan states that a student can repay the loan for a minimum of $50.00 for as long ast 10 years.
I am seeking to borrow money to pay for college from a lending institution including a bank or the federal government that will allow me to repay the loan with little or no interest at all with a minimum of $100.00 or less each month.
