Can I get a student loan to Italy to study in America?

INFO. YOU NEED TO KNOW I was born in Italy and lived there until I was 10. At 11, me and my family moved to the United States, I attended middle school and high school. I been accepted at several public universities. Unfortunately we could not get our green card approved so I could not register because without the green card I can not get financial aid or loans to finance my études.-Here in America, I have a bank account and a card credit with a good credit score, and a California driver license My concern is when we must return to Italy because that we could not get our green card approved that I will be able to get a student loan to study in the United States if I did not a bank account, driver's licenses, credit in Italy?
