T credit rating have any effect on a student receiving a federal Stafford loan?

I no credit score but I am in need of a student loan for the year 2011. Is my credit less than stellar hinder my chances of getting a loan from the federal government?

nope, as long as you are not in default on student loans everything will be fine.
