Can I apply for a loan of education before I get admission / visa to study abroad?

I asked a European university and I expect to get the results in May. The course will begin in August. To obtain a permit visa I need to show a bank balance of RS1000 K (Indian rupees) in my account. And my Visa processing will take a minimum of two months. The catch here is that I need to borrow around Rs 500 K as a loan education so I can meet visa requirements. I need to borrow the entire amount in March and keep it there for two months to be able to produce a bank statement … that way I can apply my visa in May, and we hope to achieve by the end of July .. that would give me once a month to quit my job and secure a letter of relief … I am confused and do not know how I should go on .. any help would be appreciated. No, you can not get a loan education before gaining admission or atleast a letter from the university indicating that you have received provisional admission provided you pay the fee per day and so therefore ….. After received the letter from the university, you can request a loan, and after the same treatment and clear you can apply for a visa. Most treatment Visa happens in 10-15 days. To obtain a visa, usually at the beginning you need the letter from the university indicating your admission (confirmed / Provisional). Second, the following is your financial situation. In what you have three options: 1) If you are sponsored by a company you need a confirmation letter from the company. 2) If you have received loans from the bank / institution, the bank / institution will give guarantee letter in this regard, 3) if you pay from your pocket, you need to show bank statement for last 3 months, where they can check if you have sufficient funds.
