Extremely depressed and stressed. Overwhelmed with debt. anyone advise?

My student debt is $ 50,000. It has been a year since graduation and I have yet to find stable employment. The reason for this amount is I spent 5 years in college (switched majors) and I spent those years in a private college (now regret). Be A biology major with an average of 3.5 I thought it would be difficult to find a job. I'm afraid to receive continuing education b / c I already owe so much. I do not know what to do and honestly scared. Is there any debt forgiveness / repayment programs I need to know. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, there are loan forgiveness programs out there for federal student loans (not private). I will attach a link with more details. Unfortunately for you, all require you to work (or dead or disabled) to use them.
